RETURNED GOODS: All returned merchandise should be unused and in original condition, and accompanied by a return slip or original shipper. Returned merchandise due to customer error must be prepaid and are subject to restocking charges.

Special order merchandise or merchandise held by the customer for over 30 days, will not be accepted for return.

CLAIMS: All claims must be made with 5 days after receipt of the merchandise. Any damage incurred on the exterior of the package must be claimed through the commercial carrier.

DAMAGED, LOST OR SHORT SHIPMENTS:

TRUCK - We are not liable for merchandise damaged or lost by trucking companies. If your shipment is damaged or short one or more packages, have damage and shortage noted by the driver on freight bill. If you accept a short or damaged shipment without proper notation by truck driver, you do so at your risk.

U.P.S. - Notify your local U.P.S. office immediately. Advise us so we can reship tools and place claim. Keep damaged tools and container until advised to dispose.

TO OPEN A NEW ACCOUNT: We require five references from current suppliers, plus your bank.
